Structure
The place consists of three master bedrooms, with ensuit bathroom and shower, named “BARBERA”, “MOSCATO” and “GRIGNOLINO”, as our indigenous grape varieties. Privacy and natural distancing are guaranteed by the large spaces and the limited number of guests.
Swimming Pool
The property has a panoramic swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests and the owner.
The Garden
Parking and Garage
A convenient private car park can be used free of charge.
A garage is also available, equipped with an alarm system, for storing bicycles or, in particular cases, a car: details and additional costs will be defined at the time of booking. *
Breakfast
Guests can have breakfast in the common room with a large panoramic window or on the terrace during the summer.
Italian breakfast is included in the room rate.
Architectural Barriers
Although the structure does not meet all the formal requirements established by law, it is free of architectural barriers both for the living area (BARBERA room and breakfast room) and for the outdoor area (swimming pool and terrace): all details will also be provided by photographs. *
Connectivity
Free Wi-Fi is available through out the whole structure, both inside and outside. Thus it is a suitable location for smartworking necessities. No tv set is available in our facilities.
Exclusive use of the B&B
It is possible to have the part of the house used as a B&B for exclusive use: duration and costs of the stay to be agreed with the owner. *
